Deleting your G-Best CBT account is permanent and cannot be undone. Here is exactly what will be removed:
- Your profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
- All quiz and test history and performance records
- Saved questions, bookmarks, and custom notes
- Any subscription or purchase records (non-financial)
- All login credentials and session data
The following data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction receipts (if you made an in-app purchase) â retained for up to 7 years for tax/compliance purposes
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (not linked to your identity)
â ī¸ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data or access any previously purchased content. Please download any data you wish to keep before submitting this request.

After submitting the form below, you will receive a confirmation email to verify the request. Once confirmed, our team will process the deletion within 1â3 business days and send a final confirmation when complete.
